Good morning lovely creatures of the Earth! Another little proverb/phrase I swear by is that the early bird catches the worm. I am an absolute junk head for the morning – I love everything about embracing the crack of dawn, especially breakfast!
So, I’ve decided to share with you an absolute favourite go to of mine, without specifying portions, as we are all unique birds in the mighty sky! In my bowl you’ll see vanilla-flavoured oats, a fat dollop of yoghurt, some raspberries – which are actually normally blueberries – and the ever-important crunch factor, sunflower seeds! This brekkie can become so versatile in its possible substitutions! Allergic to seeds? Sprinkle a pinch or two of granola. Not a fan of berries? Fan out some sliced banana!
There are so many ways in which this breakfast can be catered to your tastebuds and it is bound to leave your belly content for a good stretch of the morning, meaning that you’re bound to have a kickass start to the day.
